There are plenty of muscled stars out there in tinsel town. They have inspired people of all ages to get in shape. Gyms are abuzz with activity thanks to the great bodies of these actors that have inspired people with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Many Bollywood actors used supplements for muscle growth. Here are some of these Bollywood actors who have a workout at the gym and churned out a fitness revolution.
1. Salman Khan
He has spawned a generation of fitness-crazy actors and also got the Indian youth to take to fitness. Who can forget his ‘take-of-the-shirt’ antics in every other film? His well-chiseled torso is still the talk of the town. Here are some of his fitness tips.Warm-ups for half an hour that includes squats and push-ups. Before the workout, he has breakfast with 4 egg whites, pre-workout protein shake, and a post-workout protein bar. It has a vegetarian lunch that includes chapattis and salad but has a non-vegetarian dinner that has chicken and fish.
2. Hrithik Roshan
Ever since his bulging biceps wowed everybody in Kaho Na Pyaar Hai, Hrithik is not just about peaked biceps, but about peak fitness. He is one of the most ripped actors around. Here’s what he does.
He does Crossfit training almost every day. It includes kickboxing, kettlebell swings, tire flips and so on. He took Saturday and Sunday off and even Wednesday! That’s a lot of rest to grow the muscles! His diet was about high-quality supplements too. Not just BCAA, he took liver detoxifiers, grape seed antioxidants, walnut shakes, Omega-3 and what not.

John follows classical bodybuilding that includes taking at least 200 gms of protein every day. He follows the classical bulking methodology of doing one big muscle and one small muscle on a day.
