How do you balance your professional and personal lives differently?
Being a lady it’s really difficult to manage both roles but due to my family support I somehow manage both the duties. Especially my husband supports me a lot. My Husband Mr. Mukund Bihari is a respected Police Officer, who is also a very busy person, apart from his work he always try to help me in my daily routine.
What do you think is the biggest global feminist issue?
According to me the biggest feminist issues are Gender Inequality & illiteracy. We must start a change from our home. We should change our thinking that gender is not a criterion to measure qualities & capabilities of individuals. Women must respect her first, and then must expects respect from others but she never do the same, because the basic cause of it, is less education in Indian women.
If you had the opportunity to get a message across to a large group of people, what would your message be?
My message for every woman is to get educated first and be protective, courageous & strong. Make yourself empowered, don’t be dependable & bound. Express yourself & enjoy your responsibilities along with the holding key to happiness.
What keeps you going on?
My responsibilities are my inspiration, being a wife of police officer I have some social responsibility also it makes me happy to serve my nation, and help me to keep go on!! Really enjoying every role of my life Being a Wife, Daughter & Mother.
