Jewellery Style: Anushka Sharma
When it comes to a distinctive style quotient, there are only a handful of Bollywood celebs that you can count. The vivacious Anushka Sharma has definitely made a place in that list. Originally from Bangalore, where she stepped into modeling, she then shifted to Mumbai to pursue her dream of becoming a famous model. Grabbing a role in Aditya Chopra’s "Rabb ne bana di jodi" is where her Bollywood journey began. She has shown tremendous leap in her personal style mantra since then. In the initial days, with her regular “jeans-tee-sport shoes” look, she was undoubtedly given the “Girl Next Door” tag, but now she is no less than a style diva.
Whether it was romancing the Victoria Beckham gown for the Filmfare 2013 awards or the recent Goth- Punk inspired appearance at the MTV music video awards 2013, or the fun and vibrant Masaba lehnga choli she wore during a promotional event, Anushka carried them off with utmost élan and glamour. When it comes to fashion jewellery and accessories we noticed that Anushka follows the KISS (Keep it simple, silly) mantra. She keeps it one piece at a time and never overloads herself with the trinkets. Check out these images:
From the dugout, we have figured out that Anushka has more liking towards earrings than any other accessory, when it comes to decking up for an event. From shoulder dusting danglers to classy little drops, the lady looks drop dead gorgeous in everything.
Here is a mix of images showing the necklace and bracelet appearances, which sadly haven’t been much. We would love to see her experiment more with these accessories.
From her recent few casual appearances, we noticed one pendant that she has been wearing, which looks like an eye, you can find a very similar piece on online jewellery store Ms Sharma has never disappointed us when it comes to her Red Carpet looks. She zings herself up with glam outfits, chic accessories, and voguish hair dos and of course her bubbly self to top it all. All we want to say is keep’em coming Anushka, you are doing pretty well.
