He who has been in the news for all the wrong reasons has always stood up for a noble cause. In one of his interviews he had said that everybody does charity, but not everybody likes to talk about it. Some may do it for personal benefits, to stay in the limelight or others might do it genuinely. But according to him irrespective of the reason of the charity one should do it. In his words at a Being Human event no matter what the intention is it is good that people are doing charity.

Over the years Salman has come a long way and in spite of a dozen inconsistent career moves, he is still enjoys being a mighty force at our own bollywood. Son of screenwriter Salim Khan and Salma Khan, he made his silver screen debut in 'Biwi Ho To Aisi' (1988) as a supporting actor. But he got his first major break with Sooraj R Barjatiya's romantic drama 'Maine Pyar Kiya' in 1989.
Over the years he has given us several memorable films including, 'Hum Aapke Hai Koun! 'Saajan' , 'Andaaz Apna Apna', ''Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', Karan Arjun', 'Khamoshi The Musical', 'Hum Saath Saath Hain', 'Baghban', 'Tere Naam', 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi', and so on. Couple of years back when people had started to write him off he came back with a bang with movies like 'Wanted', 'Dabangg' and 'Ek Tha Tiger'.
He has numerous fans for his acting and for him acting is something that comes straight from the heart. So he feels that he does not act at all. So to feel the character's pain he remains himself and that is how he is able to win the hearts of his audiences.
In the end we would like to add that he is surely a macho hero, who has always stood up for himself and for whatever he thinks and he believes in and we wish him all the best for his latest film Jai ho which we believe is all set to rewrite box-office records .
